Eclipse Stage School was set up to provide training for children and teenagers in Dublin in all aspects of performing including singing, dancing and acting. Eclipse is fully based on each student having fun while learning to perform and also grow in confidence by getting on stage for our productions.
The school produces two shows annually at Summer and Christmas each year and all students take part in various scenes from musicals, current chart hits and acting pieces. The students are taught in a range of dance styles from hip hop to tap and jazz to commercial pop. The school is open to anyone aged 4 to 17 who wants to have fun while learning the skills for performing.
Eclipse Stage School not only produces two shows a year but also acts as an agency for the students to get them positions in TV, film, music, radio and press. To date, members of Eclipse have appeared on huge stages including backing dancers at The Olympia Theatre, appeared on radio as guests, appeared in music videos as extras/dancers, in various magazines/newspapers for photo calls and guest performed at various events in Dublin.
Director and choreographer of the school, Kenneth Giles, is very happy to say that Eclipse is where the future stars are and he loves working with all the up and coming talent at classes and rehearsals.
